Secure access to the residence after payment: 7 days a week - 24 hours a day. 102 rooms. Studio / apartment from €45 per night, from €300 per week. Breakfast: €6. Ideally situated in the city of Lormont, the Study Hotel offer you calm and comfort during your sojourn.

Our localization allows you to access quickly at the center of Bordeaux (15 min in car or 30 min in tramway), but also an immersion in the heart of local land (Saint Émilion: 30 min).

The Study Hotel has 102 studios with three types different of studios: the simple studio (1 simple bed), the double studio (1 double bed) and the twins studio (2 simples bed).

In each studio, you will can find one little kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, hotplate, tableware...) along with one bathroom. They include also one flat-screen TV and an access to internet.

The hostel has one shared room to relax or feed you, and one nice terrace.

The station Saint Jean is situated at 15 km and the airport Merignac at 18 km.
You can take the Tramway (line A) and the autobus near our establishment and these transportations take you in the center of Bordeaux.

Personal muy agradable. Habitaciones amplías y muy limpias. Se comunican muy bien en español. Muy bien comunicado tanto por tranvia como por Vat3 en la parada de Lormont. Muy recomendado. Café gratuito a disposición de los inquilinos a la hora del desayuno. Por el precio que tiene no se puede pedir más. Deberían aprender muchos hoteles de más estrellas

Aparthotel más parecido a residencia de estudiantes. Tiene cocina, que es un plus, y el tranvía justo enfrente. Buenas opción económica.
