Since the spring of 2017, Emmanuelle has been in charge of La Belle Rose, an institution since 1890. In the old town of Lormont, on the banks of the Garonne, the bistro has a covered terrace and a beautiful sunny esplanade facing the river. Don't worry, in winter, the boss welcomes you to a large indoor room! Here, the chef prepares classic but gourmet dishes based on fresh and regional products. Do you need a mouthful? As an aperitif, let yourself be tempted by a plate of cold meats or sheep's cheeses with a good glass of wine. Start the meal with a must-have grilled marrow bone, then choose between meat (duck breast, veal kidneys) or fish (Portuguese cod back, lean steak) and finally finish with a delicious lost brioche with salted butter caramel and vanilla ice cream. At La Belle Rose, you can enjoy your meal in a friendly atmosphere under the watchful eye of Mr. Hector, the mascot of the bistro!
