A family business and centenary! Founded in 1920 in Betschdorf, today it is based in Haguenau where it produces a wide variety of charcuteries made from 100% French meats, 50% of which are Alsatian. Among their specialities are old-fashioned potato sausage, galantine (with olives, paprika, mushrooms or parsley), Strasbourg sausage and old-fashioned smoked bacon. These good products are distributed in local shops.
