It's well worth the detour, with its stalls of all kinds and its old-fashioned atmosphere. You'll find many local producers with whom you can learn more about the region's must-sees and, why not, exchange a few cooking tips. In season, of course, asparagus is a must, but you'll be amazed at the variety on offer. Artisans are also present.
