The chef offers an inventive gastronomic cuisine, evolving with the seasons and market finds: Ravioles aux cèpes, Poitrine de cochon laquée au jus réduit, Poulpe de roche à la panure coréenne... coulant au chocolat noir "Valrhona 62%", Macaron caramel-yuzu... An efficient cuisine, sometimes daring, but one that makes this place an excellent address!

Ce premier réveillon à la Feuilleraie va nous laisser un excellent souvenir d’accueil , de qualité , de raffinement. notre seul regret est de n’avoir pu profiter de la convivialité de la grande salle , partage qui reste un des plaisirs du réveillon. Nous avons toutefois été touchés par la gentillesse du personnel et enchantés par les musiciens, merci pour cette très belle soirée

Un menu de réveillon de fin d’année aux saveurs qui ont émoustillé nos papilles. Le personnel souriant décontracté et professionnel. Un excellent quatuor musical qui a animé la soirée.
