Chef Sylvain welcomes you to his home, the house he inherited from his grandfather. Here, all ingredients are organic and largely local, as Sylvain sources his fruit and vegetables from local growers, if not directly from his own garden. The restaurant operates without a menu, with the chef offering a constantly changing plate of dishes as his inspiration takes him. Open two days a week, the rest of the time is devoted to organizing events, on site or elsewhere, with catering services, and can even come and cook for you.
