The "beautiful" grocery store is the hippest in Paris, since the hype has set its sights on slow food, locavore and fresh produce, preferably signed. In French, this means local, seasonal fruit and vegetables, artisanal charcuterie, protected origin cheeses, natural wines and sweets without artificial coloring. We also love the canteen, La Fabrique, for a lunch break in the same spirit of the place, and its cooking classes, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2.30 pm. A must!

This is a fantastic quality store with the widest variety of foods. Outside is possibly the best value and quality Oyster Stall in Paris. For the grade 1 oysters which are huge it’s 24 Euro for a dozen. Smaller Oysters around 12 a dozen. Buy oysters outside, get gourmet snacks inside.

We were searching for a light bite and came across Causses café just down the street from their shop. To our delight, they had a variety of handmade treats. Even though we arrived just before closing, the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming.The food was amazing and the service was exemplary.

Épicerie originale qui a donné longtemps toute satisfaction pour le choix et la qualité des produits. Dégradation progressive : disparition de certains produits très appréciés, approvisionnements incertains, légumes et fruits défraîchis à la vente alors qu’ils ne devraient plus être présentés, accueil approximatif selon le personnel présent (souvent en formation). Beaucoup moins d’envie d’aller y faire ses courses et incertitude quant à la pérennité du magasin dans son fonctionnement actuel…

Nous avons pris l’habitude pour nos fruits et légumes de venir chez Causses ainsi que pour leurs lardons et divers choix de sauces, produits d’ailleurs mais surtout leur gamme de fruits sec !
Rien à dire en dehors du fait que logiquement les fruits et legumes ne se gardent pas toujours bien voir sont en mauvais etat.. cela nous est arrivé avec des avocats, du celeri, des tomates et quelques fruits mais il faut dire que mon compagnon a recemment appris à reconnaitre les fruits et legumes mais pas les choisir donc forcément, quelques surprises
En dehors de ca, jamais decus et une personnel toujours souriant et charmant.
