Luc Prouvost markets under the Van Hoos & Sons brand of the local coffees he himself selected; it does not tolerate any mixture of coffees, even regional ones, so as not to lose the signature of the original land. This offer includes a dozen plantation coffees and partially web at the rate of harvest. They come from South America, Dominican Republic, Africa and India. All are of very high quality. They are roasted and ground on site. We also find everything for coffee (espresso machines, coffee machines, etc.) but also some gourmet products such as the jams of Christine Feber. Every day tasting of two toast of coffee at the counter and in store for orders placed online. This new shop is in fact the showroom of two sites: www.edelices.fr and www.moncafe.fr

We arrived after a very early morning and long journey from Czech Republic, we were greeted so warmly, they found the filters I needed and I enjoyed one of the best flat whites of my life.
I'm envious of the locals who have the opportunity to visit whenever they wish. Hope they know how lucky they are to have such a gem in their neighbourhood. ????
