Systema Salle d'armes is a self-defense club located in Paris, at 26 Rue Buffault in the 9th arrondissement. This Russian martial art, taught by Jérôme Kadian, stands out for its free approach and lack of strict rules. Classes prepare students to deal with all kinds of situations, relying on their intuition, their ability to improvise and a few fundamental principles rather than on learning predefined techniques. Classes are held at the Maison de la Culture Arménienne, 17 rue Bleue in the 9th arrondissement. To take part in the classes, we recommend that you wear a tracksuit, a T-shirt, sports shoes suitable for the gym and thin, light-colored soles. The club also offers seminars open to all, as well as training courses for future instructors.

By pushing the door of this small neighborhood club, we first discover the good humour and enthusiasm of Cécile Mas, the founder of the site in 2009 and the only teacher at the moment (black belt 3rd Dan and 7 ^th at the last Championships of France). In fact, so far reserved for Children, Judokan 9 will soon open to adults, which will require the arrival of other teachers. The courses last one hour and take place in the gymnasium of the Auvergne Tower in the 9 ^th arrondissement, just steps from Notre-Dame-de-Lorette church. They bring together small groups of 10 to 15 children: 5-6 years, 7-11 years and 11-15 years. Judokan 9 is affiliated with the French Judo Federation, so teaching is rather classical and focused on the fundamentals of judo, which does not prevent the club from presenting its chicks and minimal at the championships of Ile-de-France. After heating in the form of games, the technical bases are discussed and then worked alone or to two in combinations. Small battles traditionally complete the meetings. The French Federation of Boxe Boxing French and D.A. aims to promote, develop, organize and control practice in four disciplines: French boxing boxe, combat cane, boxe stick defence and boxe form. His discipline-queen, the French boxing boxe, is a combat sport using percussion movements that allow to strike his opponent with the different surfaces of feet and front face. Any movement must be designed to be ethical, aesthetic, effective and educational. All of these disciplines represent more than 51 000 licensees and 760 clubs attached to 65 Departmental Committees and 26 regional leagues.

Mariko Kubota-Sallandre, a professional of wadaiko for over 15 years, provides the lessons of this traditional drum. The courses are organised in Paris, also in France on request. Classes take place on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday at Workshop 58 (Montreuil).

At the age of 3, children can participate in the discovery of pottery under the guidance of Marie-Claude, knowing that the courses are open to everyone up to 99 years (and more!).
