FNPF (the National Federation of Fisheries in France and the Protection of the aquatic environment) is autou with a tremendous network of volunteers who drive fish communities. It is the political body for defending the interests of fishermen and associative fishing. With 1 418 000 licensees, it is France's second largest sports federation! There is only the football federation to count more members.

Si cela avait été l'inverse je n'ose même pas imaginer le scandale.
Je vais donc me considérer femme cette année (c'est dans l'air du temps) et payer ma carte 35 euros.
J'invite les hommes qui me liront à faire de même.
J'espère que ce privilège "genré" ne s'inscrira pas dans la durée.
Autant pour les jeunes c'est compréhensible de les aider financièrement en faisant un permis moins onéreux que les adultes mais selon le sexe... Ça s'appelle de la discrimination.
