The Himayoga Institute, created in 2002 by Céline Miconnet, is located less than five minutes from Montmartre. Its philosophy arose from the merging of two traditions: Iyengar Yoga and Tao. Here, everything is quiet, relaxing and well-being. The back wall of the yoga room, all bamboo, is illuminated, allowing light games of meditation. Like the fumes of essential oils that come, smoothly, gradually awaken all the senses. Yoga courses, provided by six graduate teachers, take place every day including Sunday and are adapted to all levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced). To go further, the centre also provides meditation and breathing courses. Finally, Qu is a member of the French Institute for Energy Arts, which allows it to offer training in bio-energy, reiki, feng shui or hypnosis. Undoubtedly, you are here in good hands…
