Founded in 2003 by Céline Miconnet, the school Amala has been offering you a relaxing parenthesis, thanks to Yoga Iyengar, the master of the same name, characterized by dynamism and precision in teaching postures, as well as by the depth of well-being obtained. You practice in a Zen, friendly, original space 5 minutes from Montmartre. Everything is done to create a truly calm atmosphere and disconnect you from everyday stress. Release of essential and therapy oils will put you in condition before embarking on an hour course.
