Since 1912, when it opened at the Touquet, the Blue Cat is dedicated to good taste. Since then there have been four other franchised shops, including the one in Paris. Chocolates and confectionery compete with each other, both good and authentic, and presented with special care. With almost 80 bucks and 40 different tablets, it's a real happiness. Among the delights not missing a blue chocolate blue cat with a pralined foam between 2 sheets of nougatine, a mouse with milk chocolate laminated from a laminated pralé or Biguine (ammond rum raisin wrapped with black chocolate and vanilla sugar sprinkled).

J’y suis allée lundi pour pouvoir offrir des petits œufs au chocolat à mon copain et les fameux rochers à ma mère, l’accueil était de qualité, chaleureux et attentif.
Ils m’ont proposé un petit sac qui malheureusement a du casser lors des transports, sans que je m’en rende compte car quand je suis rentrée il n’y avait plus que les rochers noirs pralinés (c’est déjà ça ouf).
A défaut d’avoir retrouvé les petits œufs au chocolat pour mon copain, je vous invite vivement à vous rendre à ce chocolatier !

Le temps passant et ayant un rendez-vous après nous n'avons pas pu attendre.
Je trouve cela inadmissible de ne pas pouvoir être servi dans un magasin pendant les heures d'ouverture.
