Both of them lead us to a journey where the origin of the beans and the wealth of the soils offer flavours with the most subtle and different flavours. Seasons are its inspiration for very original chocolate creations. Christmas 2013 firs and logs were absolutely sublime. We are really moving to the gourmandise country in a warm and colourful setting. David Liébaux now has champagne on his name with beautiful purple labels, colour of his 2 delivery van of which he is very proud.
