Under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Ryuji Teshima, L'atelier Pages offers a whole range of Japanese-inspired chocolate variations. And it's all very surprising indeed: cocoa blends with wine, rum or lychee to great effect, while ganaches and pralines come in a range of distinctive identities, created with an art of taste rarely found elsewhere. Top of the range!
