LA CHOCOLATERIE DU BRISTOL - JOHAN GIACCHETTI
A Parisian landmark, the Hotel Le Bristol houses in its basement the workshop of Chef Chocolatier Johan Giacchetti. He makes different chocolates, offered in boxes and assortments of 4 to 50 pieces. Exotic and unique tastes will satisfy the taste buds of the most gourmand: lime, caramel with spices, red fruit tea, black sesame... to discover with the seasons. Boxes and chocolates are to be discovered at the Epicerie du Bristol where the greediest will be tempted by the creations of the pastry chef Pascal Hainigue.

A heartfelt thank you to Aurélie Martin and Stéphane David for shifting plans on short notice so we could return to our beloved Junior Suite—a perfect base for our visit to the David Hockney exhibition.
Dinner at 114 Faubourg was a true highlight. The food was superb, and the atmosphere warm and elegant. Our thanks to Charles, Serge, and Luca for their exceptional service and care throughout the evening, and to Le Bristol for continuing to deliver such consistently high standards of hospitality. It was also a joy, as always, to see the ever-gracious Leah Marshall—her presence continues to bring a special warmth to every visit.
The concierge team was, as always, extraordinary. Whether front of house or behind the scenes, they made every detail of our stay effortless—from organizing tickets to the Hockney exhibit and Notre Dame, to securing dinner reservations. Our deepest thanks go to Tony, Noé, Camille, Fanny, Hélène, Gabriel, Sarah, Arthur, Zoé, Jimmy, Socrate, and Guillaume (who was on holiday but always in our thoughts).
We also appreciated Jean-Marie, always present in the lobby for a warm word or to expertly handle our departure on a national holiday. And a heartfelt thank you to Sacha, who drove us to Gare du Nord via a scenic and perfectly timed route, smoothly avoiding all barricades and parades.
Finally, Thierry and Chloé at Le Bar offered their usual charm and care—always a pleasure to see them.
Le Bristol remains a true home away from home, and we’re grateful to the entire team for another unforgettable stay.
