A Parisian landmark, the Hotel Le Bristol houses in its basement the workshop of Chef Chocolatier Johan Giacchetti. He makes different chocolates, offered in boxes and assortments of 4 to 50 pieces. Exotic and unique tastes will satisfy the taste buds of the most gourmand: lime, caramel with spices, red fruit tea, black sesame... to discover with the seasons. Boxes and chocolates are to be discovered at the Epicerie du Bristol where the greediest will be tempted by the creations of the pastry chef Pascal Hainigue.

Le Bristol is an extraordinary hotel, an historic and iconic venue which offers unrivaled hospitality and services to its guests. In contrast to other luxury hotels characterized by lavish installations of marble and “bling”, Le Bristol provides the warmth and intimacy of a boutique family hotel, a reflection of the Oetker family’s multi generational and stable ownership. Over the years, we have marveled at the hotel’s ability to maintain this unique atmosphere, despite the relentless economic challenges facing all hotels. It is a special place. ||Under the leadership of CEO Luca Allegri and its Resident Manager, Aurelie Martin, the hotel has maintained its impeccable, uncompromising standards. The various operating departments, from the exceptional restaurants (Epicure and 114 Faubourg) to the superb housekeeping, are a reflection of ownership’s commitment to the highest service levels and management’s skillful, hands on operational oversight. nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à l'hôtel bristol .l'accueil,le service et le lieu sont tout simplement magiques! sans oublier le restaurant l'épicure où nous avons passé une merveilleuse soirée, c'était vraiment délicieux et le service excellent.|je recommande vivement cet hôtel .nous garderons de ce séjour un merveilleux souvenir.

Rien à prouver. Le Bristol est l’un des rares établissements au monde où l’excellence n’a pas besoin de s’exhiber. Ici, le luxe se murmure, il ne s’étale pas. Service chirurgical, personnel formé à l’intuition, sécurité invisible mais présente, discrétion absolue. J’y descends quand je veux que tout fonctionne sans avoir à parler. Ils comprennent avant même que vous demandiez. Inestimable.
