A Parisian landmark, the Hotel Le Bristol houses in its basement the workshop of Chef Chocolatier Johan Giacchetti. He makes different chocolates, offered in boxes and assortments of 4 to 50 pieces. Exotic and unique tastes will satisfy the taste buds of the most gourmand: lime, caramel with spices, red fruit tea, black sesame... to discover with the seasons. Boxes and chocolates are to be discovered at the Epicerie du Bristol where the greediest will be tempted by the creations of the pastry chef Pascal Hainigue.

Incredible meal at lunch today. The food and service was unbelievable. Our head waiter Matteo was the best and sweetest. ????✨ He had such good humor and professionalism and knowledge about every detail of the cuisine and it made my time there feel welcomed. I wanted to thank him personally as we were leaving but I think he had gone on break. Please tell him how much I enjoyed the experience. The food and wine were heavenly. The new pastry chef has a fantastical sense of flavor and texture and playfulness that comes out in his creations. His use of Menton citrus with chocolate was particularly delicious. The fish courses and pigeon were out of this world. I have been to Bristol many times, but today was the most incredible. The countless peony arrangements throughout were also exceptionally beautiful.

I don’t usually write reviews, even though I travel quite a bit, but I felt I had to for Le Bristol. This is, hands down, one of the most special hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The feeling of understated luxury is something you don’t see often anymore. It’s elegant, warm, and truly Parisian, without ever being flashy or over the top.||||The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with that classic charm you want in a place like this. The pool was nice to have, though it’s not really a standout. But honestly, what makes Le Bristol shine is the service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. They remembered our names, preferences, and were always present without ever being intrusive. It’s that rare balance of formality and genuine warmth that’s so hard to get right—and they’ve mastered it.||||If you're looking for high-tech gadgets or a hyper-modern space, this probably isn’t your place. But if you want an authentic, luxurious Paris experience with some of the best service you’ll find anywhere, Le Bristol is it.
