Stéphane Louvard is the king of the galette. This pastry chef made up until 3 000 in the period of Kings… And they are real, laminated, laminated, foil or frangipane patties. J’allais dans cette boulangerie quelquefois durant la pause midi on mangeait bien mais depuis le changement de propriétaire passez votre chemin ! J’étais habitué à prendre un muffin au chocolat qui était délicieux ils ont réussi à le rendre pas terrible et en plus ils réduisent la taille pour le même prix chère en plus dommage

Cette boulangerie fut bonne mais depuis le changement de propriétaire c’est la cata … je viens de tester un jambon emmental crudité au delà du prix qui est totalement abusif le sandwich n’était pas bon. Pain tout et bourratif, ingrédients plus que moyen. J’avais super faim je ne l’ai pas fini… me reste le croissant mon dernier espoir … bref passer votre chemin
