NoGlu means "gluten free". For some months now, the chefs take into consideration people who are allergic to gluten. In this restaurant / grocery created by Frédérique Jules, former physiotherapist, all the produce used for cooking or sold are guaranteed 100% gluten and lactose-free. One can take away dishes, pastries, bread, beer, fruit juices, natural wines, etc. NoGlu also offers cooking lessons certified gluten free every Friday evening from 6:30 pm to 9 pm.
