This highly evocative school is the largest martial arts school in the capital. Located in a large gymnasium adjoining the American Church, on the banks of the Seine River on the left bank of Paris, it has been offering the courses of Master Tran-Kinh and its twelve teachers for half a century. In the programme: kung-fu, taï-chi and qi-gong, the inseparable traditional disciplines released at the same meeting. Indeed, during each course - 1 hour 30 - it is not one but three disciplines that are taught. The session begins with qi-gong, to warm up smoothly. We then follow with kung-fu, said external martial art, and the course ends with movements of taï-chi, which has as its main virtue to relax body and mind.
