This cellar named after a painting by Titian is located below the covered market of Saint-Germain. Georges Casellato, the owner, has a wide range of wines (over 250 references) and champagnes. However, his focus is on Burgundy where the complexity and diversity of soils have led to research in depth and privilege some great family estates, he does not neglect other soils. He favours growers, and for some designations, sometimes very original wines from across the world. Many wines are also made from grapes produced according to the precepts of organic or biodynamic agriculture.. He regularly seeks new products at prices which are very reasonable.

Une honte, à mettre à la poubelle.
De plus cubi abîmé mais le dernier et un bon petit vin aux dires du vendeur par ailleurs très désagréable et se moquant de nous car nous prenions un cubi. Heureusement que nous avons, dans notre cave, nos réserves de vin livrées directement par nos producteurs.
Cet essai de cubi à été des plus idiot.
