Gérard Mulot in two words? Chocolates and Macaroons, that's good, right? Um, actually, no, that's not going to be enough. Excellent baker, essential pastry chef, very good caterer (have you ever tasted his surprise breads?). In short, this man has never stopped for more than 40 years since he created his house and made a name for himself. Its baguettes and breads are among the best in the capital, and its pastries are really at the top of the list. As for the pastry, we particularly like its Mûre-Mûres, a black ganache with blackberry tea and its  Lune de miel (honeymoon, a melting ganache with honey. And a real favorite for its iced chestnuts...

Vous dîtes redistribuer les invendus à des associations caritatives, ce qui est un mensonge. Expliquez moi ce que fait le sdf à l'intérieur de votre boulangerie, qui attend entre les tables du salon de thé et la caisse et qui fait l'aumône aux clients qui sortent. Nous lui avons offert un chocolat chaud et des viennoiseries, mais je pense que c'est à vous et pas aux clients de lui offrir vos invendus et de quoi se réchauffer en hiver.
