Les madeleines étaient hyper bonnes (surtout celle au sésame noir).
Venons en aux flans :
- flan matcha, bon, pas trop sucré, mais manque d’un truc,
-flan sésame noir, atypique, différent, le sucre est bien dosé, mais je reprendrais pas une seconde fois,
-flan vanille, sans surprise le meilleur ????.
Ce que j’ai aime beaucoup aussi, c’est que le flan est crémeux et n’est pas caoutchouteux comme la plupart des flans qu’on retrouve en boulangerie.
Pourquoi 4 étoiles ? Parce que j’ai pris un matcha latte, franchement il n’étais pas savoureux, je ne l’ai même pas terminé.
Et c’est cool on peut s’asseoir à l’intérieur c’est spacieux☺️.
