The people of Lyon know the house well. Since 1953, they have enjoyed its sweet specialties, chocolates and pastries. Today, the pleasure of tasting its sweets is accessible to Parisians thanks to this store just a few steps from the Bon Marché. It was necessary to dare to come and measure up to the big names in Paris - La Maison du Chocolat, Jacques Genin... -, but Bernachon has everything to hold them up: experience, know-how... and the Palet d'or, the house's standard (a melting ganache coated with dark chocolate, with gold leaf).

店員さんは特にせっかちに勧めることなく待ってくれ、親切でした。
買い物をすると、レジでその日のおすすめのチョコレートをひとかけら頂けます！
保冷剤や保冷バッグで持ち帰れば安心ですが、入れなくても溶けなかったです。
全て、必要以上の確認をお勧めします。
中身を見せたり、確認などの作業は無く、大きめボックスで250gパレドールバロタンを購入したはずが、間違えられ別の物【アソート】が入っていました。最低です。
お土産用は、パレドール６つ入りのボックスを4つ。【パレドール】と伝えましたが、会計時に私が万が一を考え、もう一度確認したら、間違えていたようで、アソートで会計が進められていました。
Boxが同じなので、気づきにくいです。
ここで確認しなかったら、中身を確認しないでお渡しするお土産は、どうなっていたか…
同じボックスなのに、同じ場所に陳列、中身の確認をさせてもらえないなんて…
この様な価格帯のチョコレート店で、こんな雑な接客、日本ではあり得ませんね。
他の方も間違えられていることでしょう。
お土産用がそんな状態だったため、会計の時に、本当に大丈夫か確認しましたが、オッケーオッケーとジェスチャーで。どこがオッケーなのでしょう。
帰国後にわかっても、日本に店舗も無く、どうにもできない状況で、とても腹が立ちます。
私はアソートは要らないです。
新婚旅行の時間をあてて、わざわざ定休日など被らないよう予定を組んで、買いに行ったのに…
他にも購入しましたが、間違えられた6,000円分のチョコレートと、交通費も無駄に…
こんな事なら、他店のチョコレートをお土産に買えばよかったです。
更には、パレドール、アソートに、書かれるはずの賞味期限記載もありませんでした。
