They made us a charcuterie board the take with us and make sandwiches under the Eiffel Tower. The prosciutto and sopressa were excellent. Will be back.

Bonjour,
En balade avec des amis à Ainhoa mi-février, sur leur recommandation nous avons acheté un saucisson sec des Aldudes (dlc 6 mai 2025). Ouvert hier samedi. Alors, pour être sec, il l'est. Il est dur comme du bois, le boyau ne s'enlève pas. De ce fait, il n'est vraiment pas extraordinaire comme on pouvait l'espérer. Est-ce normal ? Je ne le pense pas. Bref, très déçus.
