The hotel was a great stay for four nights in Paris. Rooms were spacious and well insulated from outside noise. The bed was comfortable and the room was pristinely clean. My only complaint about the room would be the thin walls. I could hear someone in the room above bathing at very late hours, but it’s an old building so I guess that’s to be expected.

The location was optimal as the area was relatively quiet yet you could easily get to all tourist spots walking and had close access to many restaurants and public transportation, though we almost exclusively walked.

I found the breakfast very basic, the coffee was atrocious from the machine. Though, admittedly, I am a coffee snob so maybe not fair.

The staff were very professional and willing to help arrange a taxi to the airport.

The hotel has a great location, we had a clean, larger room, which is very important when you are with a child and which is rare for Paris. Good breakfast for France. I was very pleased with the porter who told me more about the city than the reception staff.

The hotel would have deserved a higher rating if not for two points. 1) When we got into the taxi we discovered that we had forgotten the Sisley sweatshirt in the closet, we were in a hurry. We were not upset because we knew that we would return to Paris in 2 days and pick her up. I immediately wrote a message through booking and they didn't answer me! Later I wrote a message on the feedback form on the website and they didn't answer me either! The very next day l asked my friend who speaks French to call the hotel. And they said they didn't find her! I hung it there myself and asked my wife to put it on, and quickly she forgot; we immediately realized this in the taxi, but they didn't find it. I wrote a long letter asking them to sort it out and contact the police, because this means that their staff is not conscientious, and what did the hotel do? wished us to find her quickly. Thank you! 2) my wife and I always travel on her birthday and this is the first hotel in the world that did not congratulate its guest in any way; a small note from the administrator would be enough.

Hotel proche de montparnasse , idéalement placé, rapport qualité/ prix très n'intéressent.

Really lovely stay at the Littré
Staff were wonderful, smiley and helpful. Great welcome.
Rooms were good size, everything was very clean.

V.nice Hotel. Excellent staff. Very good WIFI. Breakfast OK. Rooms clean with attention to detail and convenient. Bathrooms could do with a little maintenance like new silicon etc, but other than excellent. Bravo to cleaning staff.

Great service and accommodation, the staff is present, and helpful. We enjoyed the complementary sauna and breakfast buffet. They had plant-based and vegan options, so we were able to start the day on the right foot. The location is great. Has a bunch of restaurants in the area would stay here again.

There are rules in the hospitality business such as check in and check out time but the sense of fairness must be respected. Our family got at the hotel early in the morning due to our international flight arrival but worse than see the total lack of empathy of the staff to get us a room before the regular check-in time was to feel disrespected when families that arrived after us received their rooms before us. Good rooms, good location and great breakfast but avoid the staff and look for a better experience.

An excellent hotel with outstanding customer service. Probably one of the best I have had in Paris in a long time. The breakfast was excellent too, special compliments as well to the lady and gentleman serving breakfast. I will be back for sure!

날씨가 쌀쌀한 11월이라 살짝 추웠던것만 빼면 모든게 완벽했습니다. 에펠탑 뷰는 아니나 모든 중심가에서 가까웠고 굉장히 조용하고 아늑해서 좋았어요. 모두 친절하셔서 파리에 대해 좋은 인상만 남았습니다. 파리에 온다면 꼭 다시 머물 거예요. Merci :)

My visit was last week of Oct 2023 and room was 804. Absolutely fantastic view of Eiffel Tower with the twinkling lights from our terrace. Located just down from the main street for shopping cafes whatever you want. I had a spill on mobility scooter and staff moved us to another room on lower floor due to not being able to walk up to 8th floor. I couldn't ask for better service from the staff when I got hurt. Anything I needed just ask. I went through MANY ice buckets filled with ice my last 3 days. Room service was great. Still glad I went to Paris and I would most definitely stay here again. And I thank Max very much for his help in translating French to English on info sent to me on my tablet that needed to be taken care of to go home.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I needed to change room twice. The first time because they have not provided the wodden floor as specified in the first contact email (due to my allergie to dust, we wanted to avoid carpet…). First evening we almost had an incident, due to a sink malfunctioning a large amount of water ended up on the floor and my mom risked to slipper twice. We were asked to move again to the room with carpet ???? and finally to obtained to be moved on the fifth floor to have wooden floor - at 11 in the evening. Cherry on top. The next day the elevator stopped working and it haven’t worked til the very last day of our stay… amazing! Every person gave us a different version and timing of then the elevator would be functional again! 5 floors up and down several times per day! Rooms looked overall older than the pictures on the website. It’s an historical building.
Personnel was almost completely kind and supportive.
Too expensive.
