The establishment has been held by the same family since 1942, giving it a warm and family atmosphere. The rooms are divided into 5 categories, either on Littré Street, a quiet street or on the inner courtyard. Some have terraces with views of the Eiffel Tower. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub with shower and some with separate shower. Rooms are furnished with double bed and sofa bed for two children under the age of 12 (Deluxe Room), others are connected and can accommodate up to 6 people (Deluxe and Junior Suite categories).

Absolutely beautiful rooms and hotel- we managed to book a room looking at the Eiffel Tower and we could have sat there all day everyday on the balcony.
Lovely and clean, great bed and TV that hooks up to devices to stream when you want a quiet day or night in.
Aircon was great and could also open windows and French doors when you liked too.
Very close to the metro which we used a lot- also very easy to navigate and the staff were very friendly with any questions.
Ironing boards and irons are available FOC from reception and also umbrellas.
Bags can be held until departure time if needed.
Fridge in room which was nice and also a kettle- you would just need to buy milk if needed as it’s not supplied.
Breakfast was great! All kinds of pastries and options available- hot and cold.
Lovely sitting area near reception- bar and also office space with computers and printers for those working.
Would LOVE to stay again next time we are in Paris!
Highly recommend this lovely spot- also- a few great patisseries on the same street too.

The doorway is a nice beginning to an "explosion" of open and modern décor maximized in a surprisingly small area. The staff is friendly and genuinely welcoming and were VERY TOLERANT of my poor high school French. Always very helpful and accommodating with any of our needs.
The foyer opens to a second level open concept lounge area with a bar (sadly we never had time to enjoy it...) and an open set of stairs down into another huge lounge area which which is the morning breakfast area.
The breakfasts are full and excellent with a complete range of choices that anyone could want. (Be sure to look into the smaller seating room for juices, cereals and yoghurts. We were so impressed with the selections in the main room we didn't see it for two mornings!!!!) The main servery has a range of salads, fresh meats, hot buffet items and many delicious fresh breads, croissants and danishes. SUPERB!!!!
The hallways are extremely narrow but motion-activated lighting is an excellent energy saver. The room was light and airy and the bed was a very generous "double" which was actually two single frames.
The bathroom was fully equipped with luxury items around double sinks, a full bathtub and a glass-doored shower. BE CAREFUL of the fixtures for the water temperature. They are different than North American nozzles and their HOT WATER is EXCESSIVELY/SCALDING HOT. That could be turned down by the management for more energy savings.
Someone commented previously about the small, single elevator.
Your baggage is brought up for you after your arrival and although the CAPACITY IS 8...I find that hard to believe. We never had an issue with it in the six nights we were there.
The street has a few small bistros and the FORUM CAFE at the end of the street, A 5-10 minute walk to the top of the street and the busy restaurant-filled MONTPARNASSE intersection or head north to the Saint-Placide intersection for bistro patios on three corners. METRO stations at each as well.
