This is one of the finest locations of the capital, with its long history which lasts from the end of World War II and a vocation that still remains: to select and share great findings from each producing region in France. Burgundian bottles are remarkable, they come from large establishments or from small talented producers. Prices start softly to climb to the top, which is not new! But everyone can enjoy tastings that are regularly organized and mostly on weekend. A must in the district where you are always welcome, and an address that won't disappoint you.

Vin à 30 EUR vendu en tant qu’un Bordeaux avec un beau bouquet est pétillant (fermentation en cours) et sent le purin. Au lieu d’une bouteille de 2019 montrée dans le rayon je me suis retrouvée avec une bouteille de 2020, pour vous dire que 2029 ou 2020 tout est égale au gérant de cet endroit. C’est parfaitement un Endroit, on ne peut pas appeler ça une cave à vin.

Le patron me montre une bouteille de 2019 et met une bouteille de 2020 dans mon sac. Inbuvable. 30 EUR jetés dans la poubelle. Mon mari était plutôt tolérant en disant que le vin avait un petit côté cidre de Normandie (ça pétillait et sentait le purin) .Clos du Jaugueyron 2020 - évitez, comme cette cave à vin d’ailleurs.

Je suis venue sur la recommandation expresse de l’épouse d'un collègue qui partait à la retraite. Le gérant m'a fait une magnifique sélection de 6 bouteilles exceptionnelles et m'a même proposé de les livrer en vélo rue d'Assas. Merci beaucoup pour votre bonne humeur et à bientôt!
