Finalement je ne m’en suis pas trop mal sortie. Pour ceux que ça intéresse, j’ai cuit les épinards à la poêle et les ai mélangés encore chauds au provolone râpé, j’ai formé des boulettes que j’ai mises au congélateur puis je les ai roulées dans de l’œuf et de la chapelure avant de les frire.
