The pastry version vegetarian and nevertheless completely greedy… A bio cupcakerie! Vegan Madness's is a small shop that makes pastries without butter or artificial dyes or dyes. It is totally organic and vegan, i. e. without products of animal origin. We are therefore discovering salted or sweet cupcakes baptized according to their flavours and not without humor: Strawberry Fields (bergamot, strawberry and apricot), The Mask (raspberry and pistachio), The wrath of Bounty (coconut and milk chocolate), Aladdin (sesame, almond cream and orange flower) etc. Other specialties: cookies with such improbable names as Joe Cookie (chocolate and cashew nuts) or brownie such as James Brownie with Black Chocolate or all gluten-free cheesecakes called Berry White (vanilla and red fruits) or Toffee Lee Jones with Caramel and Chocolate. For noon, fresh sandwiches that vary depending on the seasons.
