An exceptional address! Sadaharu Aoki is a Tokyoan artist who has been in France since 1991 and has found his own way, at the crossroads of classical, creativity and the elsewhere. It's difficult not to admire and not to become fan of the éclair with black sesame, red fruits married with chestnuts, salt caramel, or mâcha tea pies (sweet dough, ivory tea and praline feuillantine) or caramel, a delight. And what to say about the wonderful Zen (sweet sesame dough, cognac, mâcha tea, hazelnut dacquoise biscuit, creamy sesame and ivory chocolate cream), other than it is incredibly good. Among his novelties: the macha caramel cream, the Craker tablet which opens as a gift and contains a delight of green tea, Yuzu, salted almonds, salted hazelnuts, crystallized orange, etc. and lots of new cakes… Each of his creations is a pure wonder, which surprises and charms! You have never eaten such pastries, it's sure, but the downside of the medal is the price, which are far from being light.

Une de mes pâtisseries japonaises préférée. L'éclair au sésame noir est à tomber, et ma dernière découverte l'opéra violette/framboise est divin!
A front pastel colours for colourful and fabulous pastries.

In this shops, farewell breads and chocolate flashes with coffee, with small Japanese cakes irresistible tastes. Green tea, red fruit, the combination of flavours is made to perfection, so it is hard to resist not return on its steps in order to choose a new softness...
