Odette is the first name of Frédéric Berthy's grandmother, the inventor of this cabbage counter located in a seventeenth century building, facing the Saint-Julien-le-Poor church, one of the oldest in Paris, and the square René-Viviani-Montebello which houses the oldest tree in Paris… Odette was the queen of pastry and especially cream cabbage. To find his "Proust Madeleine" his grandson opened this shop entirely dedicated to cabbage. This web specialist surrounded pastry chefs with whom he worked with recipes to regain the famous taste of yesteryear but also: Vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, pralé, coffee, green tea, salted butter caramel, lemon, fruit of wood, etc. The cabbage has small colored hats and decorated as a glaze which distinguishes them from traditional cabbage. They are presented in monogrammed and sold in the unit, by 6 or 12. On the first floor, a tea room offers an unbeatable view of Notre-Dame-de-Paris, to admire by tasting the cabbage accompanied by real hot chocolate, teas, coffee or why not a glass of champagne on vintage music background, to offer a parenthesis in the crazy years?
