AMORINO
Amorino, a true Italian ice cream maker, uses manufacturing processes handed down from generation to generation. The first boutique, opened in 2002 on the Île Saint-Louis, has since become a popular attraction. At Amorino, all ingredients are imported from Italy. The ice creams are made from whole milk, eggs, sugar and natural or fruit flavours, and even organic products. They are invariably served by the spatula, in pots or cones of various flower-shaped sizes, with a choice of some twenty flavors, which vary according to the season. House specialties include Bacio, a chocolate and hazelnut ice cream, and Amaretto, a delicious almond cookie. Amorino is also thinking of the winter months, when the cold makes itself felt, and you can treat yourself to hot chocolates or simply good little chocolate treats.
