Well known in Sarreguemines by his chocolate maker, he finally opened his first shop in Paris, opposite Luxembourg. A beautiful shop with a superb smell of cocoa and a charming welcome… Among the specialties: the Pearl of Lorraine, ganache and chocolates with evocative names, almond paste and macaroons'simply stunning ', as the house specifies.

I bought a few boxes as gifts and one as a souvenir for myself. The box is quality and holds up to travel.
When I entered the shop, there was no staff, so I had to wait probably 3 minutes or so before the staff came down to attend to me and the other customer. I honestly didn't mind the wait, as I was very entertained looking at their products.
I loved the Mirabelle macarons!
