Est capable de parler poétiquement et précisément au niveau des sensations au nez et en bouche de ses produits de par ses compétences extrêmement étendues et précises en raison de son héritage et histoire personnelle.
Le lieu pour les Pu-Erh à Paris et au-delà mais pas que (thés Oolong ou Wulong bleu vert, rouge, jaune, vert, blancs, épices, vaisselle ancestrale et moderne aux matériaux bruts ...).
Ayant baigné dans l'univers du thé depuis 20 ans, elle est devenue ma quasi-exclusive adresse pour les achats de thés.
