It is indisputably an expensive but exceptional address! It is an experience for lovers of infusions. You should note that here, you will no longer taste your tea in the same way once you have discovered the subtle teas prepared by the tea master, Yu Hui Tseng. The atmosphere is quite authentic with boilers that keep water at the right temperature. You have teas from China and Taiwan. It is the largest tea cellar in the world with over 1000 varieties proposed, mainly top of the range or almost. If you decide to break your piggy bank to offer yourself tea, or a teapot, you will receive all the tips here: how to season your teapot, and how best to prepare the selected tea. For tasting, it is advisable to book, especially on weekends.

The Asian assistant was absolutely and unnecessarily rude from the start to my wife. firstly "no photos" when my wife was so excited to see the shop, note no signage about the no photos either, but you can take photos from outside so completely unnecessary other than a power trip, and to top it off refused to sell my partner a small empty tin which is the same as TWG even though initially when my wife was deciding what tea to buy it was ok. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Emilie gave me excellent service, kindness when I arrived with amazing suggestions.
It was a pleasure to be in such a fine unique tea shop with incredible selection of teas.
I would have loved to see the puerh’s but I think perhaps you have to reserve?
As well, as join for a tea ceremony (which I was informed after Covid you can’t walk in to have tea, only buy.)
Which was a little dissapointing as I came from California upon a recommendation from a friend who is in the tea world.
However, Emilie’s kindness and service made my visit worthwhile.
I look forward to trying these beautiful teas.

I was just appreciating the shop from the outside and taking a few pictures and the employee was following me around starring at me and moving his head unwelcomingly.
