If La Brûlerie des Gobelins belongs to Comptoirs Richard, it remains mythical! Barely through the doors of the sign, you are first attracted by the smell of coffee that is powerful, enchanting and evocative. Then, you are charmed by the decoration, which assembles shelves filled with various arabicas, unground grain pots and old-style burlap clothes. When the time of the choice of the beverage comes, adventurers will be tempted by the selection of the month, while regulars will choose "the same as usual". Piètre considératrion de la clientèle
Grand moment en ce samedi matin : mon épouse et moi-même voulions essayer ce lieu . Règles sanitaires obligent, nous attendons dehors que le dernier client quitte la boutique pour entrer à l'intérieur . Mal nous en a pris, le cerbère, employé de l'établissement, nous indique que seule une seule personne peut pénétrer dans la boutique. Je lui fais alors remarquer que le panonceau à l'entrée stipule 2 clients . Il me répond alors qu'il s'agit bien effet, de 2 clients mais comme je suis avec ma femme ( quelle déduction ! nous ne comptons que pour un client . Donc seul l'un de nous deux pourra entrer afin de laisser la deuxième place à un autre client .
Notre 1ère expérience sera donc la dernière !
