Les saveurs de ces pâtisseries sont bien au delà des lieux communs traditionnels. Une dégustation s'impose pour en apprécier la finesse et la variété.

Déçue par le flan vanille. L'appareil à flan est sans goût, on ne sens que le beurre sur la pâte, pas de goût de vanille ni de flan.
C'est à ce demander s'il n'est pas de la veille ?
Mais 2 étoiles grâce à l'accueil de la vendeuse très gentille

You must try the Orange Blossom Nest (with Strawberry, in season) if you stop by. This is an experience you will share with your grandkids someday. The orange was light, without the citrus after taste, while the accent of strawberry elevated this treat to a higher, heavenly level. The nest aspect brought a subtle crunch to this culinary marvel. This should be a must stop while in Paris.
