This is where the L'éclair de Génie adventure began. By the end of 2023, the brand launched by Christophe Adam had three outlets: this one, the one at Galeries Lafayette and L'Eclair de Génie Café in Montmartre. It's hard to describe the whole range, which is recognizable by its flashy colours, but we guarantee it's worth the detour! Vous y trouverez des saveurs uniques d’éclairs, de chocolats artisanaux et d’autres pâtisseries. Adam, basé son concept sur la pâtisserie “haute couture”, utilise des ingrédients sélectifs pour créer la meilleure expérience d’éclair. Chaque saison, ils ont des goûts particuliers ou les classiques comme L’éclair au citron Yuzu a un goût unique tandis que l’Éclair Chouchou est un mélange de touche traditionnelle et moderne.

He was also selected as the best pastry chef in 2014, In here you can find unique flavors of eclairs, artisanal chocolates, and other pastries. Adam, based its concept on “haute couture” pastry, uses selective ingredients to create the best eclair experience. Each season, they have special tastes or the classics like The Yuzu lemon eclair has a unique taste while Éclair Chouchou is a mix of traditional and modern touch.
