This is where the L'éclair de Génie adventure began. By the end of 2023, the brand launched by Christophe Adam had three outlets: this one, the one at Galeries Lafayette and L'Eclair de Génie Café in Montmartre. It's hard to describe the whole range, which is recognizable by its flashy colors, but we guarantee it's worth the detour! A (very small) preview? At Christmas 2023, for example, you could snap up a boxed set of dark chocolate-peanut and Madagascar vanilla-caramel éclairs... We'll let you discover the rest in store.

Tout simplement très bon! On y a gouté des parfums originaux, comme framboise/passion, et d'autres un peu plus traditionnels comme vanille/pécan ou caramel beurre salé. Tout était bon! On sent la qualité. La crème est très bonne. Par contre, en moyenne 5€ l'éclair, c'et un poil trop élevé, dommage, on irait plus souvent!

Ne passez pas à côté d'une expérience gourmande chez "l'éclair de génie"! On y trouve toute une sélection inédite et des classique de l'éclair mais pas que..! Je recommande celui au caramel et beurre salé ou encore une barlette aux framboises, une merveille. Comptez 6euros/pièce

J'adore cette pâtisserie ! Les éclairs sont divins. Il y a pas mal de choix. Il y en a pour tous les goûts !
Le seul hic est que c'est un peu cher.
Si vous passez par le marais, cette adresse est un incontournable.
