Victor's know-how was then passed on from generation to generation. Victor's dream was to open a pastry bakery in Paris. Almost a century later, his great-grandson, Richard Legay, made this dream by opening on November 5, 2001, the pastry Bakery Legay, in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district.

Breve pausa pranzo, trovato per caso passandoci davanti. Offre un ampia gamma di panini/ croissant salate e tramezzini. Molti dolci . Prezzi più contenuti della media , baguette molto buona , grande e ben farcita .

La fille qui nous a servis la semaine dernière était tellement snob! On nous a discriminés à cause de notre accent québécois. Elle a insulté notre français en disant : « Wow, ça paraît qu’ils ne parlent pas français », alors que c’est notre première langue. Franchement, j’avais de plus grandes attentes pour un établissement qui se targue d’être inclusif. La baguette était dégueu.
