Christophe Servell, son and grandson of coffee roasters since 1979, offers a selection of dozens of terroir coffees from the best plantations. The coffees are roasted weekly and ground to order for each type of coffee machine (available for purchase on site, as well as coffee makers). In the rue des Blancs Manteaux stall (the company has 9 in the capital), you can take a break in this cosy, hushed setting, to enjoy a coffee of course, but not only!

Wystrój może nie jest w moim guście, ale kawa była bardzo dobra. Zamówiliśmy dwa ręczne przelewy - geisha colombie oraz ethiopie. Obie były bardzo dobre. Słodycze też są spoko, ale jeśli miałabym wrzucić, to zdecydowanie na dobrą kawę.

Me encantó el café. Probé el filtrado colombia, una delicia, se sentían todas las notas. Exquisito. Es costoso, pero vale lo que cuesta y la porción es buena.
