This crypt offers a unique panoramic view of the urban and architectural evolution of the Ile de la Cité

You will enjoy a unique panorama on the urban and architectural evolution of the Ile de la Cité. By discovering the buildings which succeeded one another in the historical heart of Paris, from Antiquity to the XXth century, the visitor goes back in time. The quay of the ancient Lutetia port, the Gallo-Roman public baths, the medieval remains of the rue Neuve-Notre-Dame, the Haussmann sewer system: the past, the ancient, the medieval and the classical are all within reach.

Underrated! Not so crowded either
