Sherry Butt is one of the most chic cocktail bars in Paris. It was classified by prestigious American Vogue among 20 best in the world. Here, you will feel as in New York, with its large armchairs, its wood bar where rare whiskies and its subdued atmosphere are conducive to discussion. If the place may seem very select, the atmosphere is rather relaxed during the week. The weekend however, of the DJ set are organised until closing. What makes the richness of this place is the quality of products served: in your cocktails, no bad spirits, only from great establishments, selected according to the cocktails. The syrups are homemade and the gourmet dishes will change your usual meats. The bread and Gorgonzola pears poached in wine, thyme syrup deserves a special mention. You will therefore understand why the prices are a little bit high. There are no drinks here but good food !

Les cocktails sont bons et originaux, la cartes des whisky est riche, mais la demie feuille de papier qui propose 4 encas est insignifiante (et en comparaison assez chers pour ce que c'est).
Pour boire un verre, une fois, ça passe. La déco minimamiste peut plaire mais l'ambiance est triste, Ce sont les serveurs et serveuses qui permettent d'obtenir la moyenne, mais à moins de m'y perdre à nouveau, je ne suis pas certains d'y retourner, même si rien n'est dérangeant, rien n'invite spécialement à y revenir. Peut être les whisky pour les fans, mais ce n'est pas un club à whisky, ça n'y ressemble pas et pour cela il y a bien mieux.
