Aweful service - actually non existent.
The drinks looks nice, but unfortunatly the service and ability to aknowlegde costumers is far below pari. Without a doubt the worst stop I had in paris.

Charme unique de ce lieu tellement bien pensé pour boire un cocktail ou un whisky, dans une pénombre cinématographique, où l'on s'attend à voir débarquer une star hollywoodienne en robe rouge... Barman jeune, sympathique et compétent, fin connaisseur de ses bouteilles, faiseur habile de mélanges délicats : les cocktails sont vraiment délicieux.

I found their cocktail pretty original and tasty. The ambient is charming and cozy and it is really an ideal place for meeting friends after dinner. We waited quite a bit to be served.

Les cocktails sont très bons.
Mais.
Je suis client depuis 2017. Je suis venu 2 fois depuis le début de l'année et je ne reconnais plus l'ambiance et le service.
Un soir nous sommes confrontés à un chien excité qui nous saute dessus, l'autre à des parents avec leur enfant qui chantent lourdement "à dada sur mon bidet".
Les serveur ne nous installent pas, puis mettent plus de 10 minutes à fournir la carte avant de disparaître à nouveau.
Je ne reviendrai plus.

Popped in for a drink- had the Khalassi. It was sensational. One of the most delightful drinks I have ever had. It's chic inside. I adored the place. Will def come back.

Les cocktails sont exceptionnels, ainsi que la sélection de whisky, on y va pour cela. Le cadre par contre est assez rustique, voire un peu inconfortable au bar.

One of my top two favorite cocktail places in Paris, and so sad to see that they’re closing late March 2025. Stop by while you still can! Great selection of harder to find whiskies, while still having whisky flights accessible to the non-enthusiast. Their ronin has been one of my all time favorite cocktails - Japanese whisky, smoked tea, Pandan Madeira, champagne syrup, etc. And its complexity just keeps evolving, similar to a really high quality whisky.

I’ll be sure to follow whatever the owners and bartenders have planned next in their journey!

Sympa, sans plus.
Les cocktails sont bons et originaux, la cartes des whisky est riche, mais la demie feuille de papier qui propose 4 encas est insignifiante (et en comparaison assez chers pour ce que c'est).
Pour boire un verre, une fois, ça passe. La déco minimamiste peut plaire mais l'ambiance est triste, Ce sont les serveurs et serveuses qui permettent d'obtenir la moyenne, mais à moins de m'y perdre à nouveau, je ne suis pas certains d'y retourner, même si rien n'est dérangeant, rien n'invite spécialement à y revenir. Peut être les whisky pour les fans, mais ce n'est pas un club à whisky, ça n'y ressemble pas et pour cela il y a bien mieux.

Echt eine coole Cocktailbar! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und die Cocktails sind sehr lecker. Der Alkohol ist großteils aus Japan und die Cocktails sollen auch japanisch inspiriert sein.

Being turned away despite the bar being half empty. Such a shame because it has so much potential… but clearly not meant for non French speaking.

Barman très très très très hautain et irrespectueux. Le concept est bien mais 30 minutes pour avoir un « cocktail » c’est long . Et sur chaque commande c’est la même histoire ! Et un conseil pour ce fameux barman… ne pas prendre de pause en plein rush (conseil de restaurateurs).

Le Sherry Butt est une belle découverte en plein cœur de Paris !

Avec sa devanture discrète et son cadre intimiste, on s’y sent vite à l’aise. La clientèle est jeune et internationale, et l’ambiance est agréable, avec une musique sympa qui permet de discuter sans hurler.

Le service est cool, et j’ai particulièrement apprécié le pain au levain des mozze, délicieux !

Les cocktails sont bien réalisés, même si les apéritifs.

Une bonne adresse pour passer un moment convivial, même un dimanche soir où il y avait une belle affluence.

Came here solo on my travels, service and drinks were absolutely amazing. Prajith and Leo made sure I was well looked after with amazing drinks and equally amazing service. Made my birthday one to remember, contender for best bar in Paris for sure.
