I ended up here by accident. I was headed to a place I know doesn’t take reservations so I didn’t make one. Maybe I should have checked they were open on Mondays. Anyway we needed a restaurant nearby to have dinner before heading to a music club. All that to say they were very kind to fit us in without a reservation especially when it turned out they were unbelievably busy. Not long after we were seated the place filled up. The staff was nice. The food had good flavor. However there were only 3 servers for the whole place and one of them was also the hostess and one of the others was the bartender. How they managed at all I don’t know but it did translate to very slow service and our meals had been sitting so long that they were no longer warm when we got them. And I liked the atmosphere. The chairs were comfortable and setting very pleasant.

Restaurant sympa avec une belle décoration.
Nous avons prit deux formules brunch à volonté.
Café et jus pressées/détox très rafraîchissant.
Saumon frais, huîtres fraîches, verines et sauces très bonnes!
En revanche il y avait des moules marinières qui sont rester au chaud trop longtemps… trop cuite et odeur qui ne donnaient pas envie..
Fondant au chocolat excellent!
Dans l’ensemble c’était bon mais il y aurait des petites choses à perfectionner pour le prix du buffet :)

Excellent restaurant, la salade auvergnate est exceptionnelle. Dommage que la patronne soit excessivement désagréable avec ses employés, alors qu’hypocritement aimable avec les clients. Tacher de respecter votre personnel et de redescendre de votre piédestal et ce sera un sans fautes.

Since July 2022, the date of my visit with 2 Americans, I have been putting off writing this. We were walking in the Marais and chose this place to have lunch. It looked nice and is on such a pretty street. The condescending attitude of our "waiter" should have been our 1st warning to refuse to stay and when our order finally arrived - I ordered a salad which is probably not on the menu anymore - we could not believe our eyes. It was disgusting and looked like a dog had a go at it first, so I took a photo before I touched it (I ended up not eating it). When the waiter saw I hadn't eaten it he did not ask if I wanted something else, and I had been too polite to send it back and make a scandal. Just before leaving I went to the toilettes, and when I came out there, much to my shock, a waiter (not ours) was taking the same salad to another table (French customers), but it looked good. I wanted to be sure it was the same one I had ordered so I asked him if it was called (I forget the exact name) and he said Yes, it was. Again, I took a photo. Photo #1 is the untouched /uneaten salad the way it was brought to our table and photo #2 is what it should have been. Horrible experience. Tourists beware.

Tellement décevant, nous avions réservé pour l'anniversaire de ma sœur.
J'avais demandé à mettre une petite bougie pour le dessert dès notre arrivée mais la carte des desserts n'est jamais arrivée et après une attente interminable, nous avons demandé l'addition et sommes allés ailleurs, dans un endroit bien plus convivial et accueillant.
Nous avons été étonnés par la viande, insipide et sèche. L'aligot ? En était-ce un ?!
Nous n'y retournerons pas, il y a tellement de meilleurs restaurants à Paris !

Stellar review. Excellent service, we called on Friday afternoon and were able to get a table that night. Everything excelled expectations. We hat 6/6 oysters the Bretagne were sublime. With shallot vinaigrette as I like them and exceptional baguette. Then the ris de veaux was perfection accompanied by the house Chablis. Topped it all off with the caramely crepe suzette and a snifter of chartreuse vert and I can say no more other than it was exceptional. Thank you ????

Croisée jeudi 1er février, une belle SOURIS dans le restaurant. Réponse mémorable de la responsable de salle "Estimez-vous heureux, s'il y a des souris, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de rats, comme dans la rue Vieille du Temple". Bien entendu, aucun geste commercial ni aucune excuse...

Au moment de payer, je fais remarquer au serveur que la souris est toujours là. Réponse mémorable "On est à Paris, c'est comme ça partout." Je fais remarquer que ce n'est pas le cas chez moi. "Normal, vous n'avez pas de restaurant ".
Rien à ajouter.
Paris prête pour les JO 2024.

Sinon, Cadre sympathique, central, mais cuisine chère et très banale.
