Chef Martial is Martial Enguehard. He has worked in renowned Parisian kitchens such as Napoleon, Royal Monceau, Lucas Carton or Crillon… He was also elected MOF (one of the best workers of France) in cooking in 1991. Later, he joined Lenôtre, before having the idea of opening a cooking school to share with others the pleasures of gastronomy. His courses are divided into three categories: the basics of cooking, oenology, table d'hôte... The vast and airy venue, in the heart of Paris, can host your private events.
