A few steps from the Marais in the 2nd district, the Sanchiro is a small, hospitable, hospitable club. Thirty members gather at the dojo to enjoy the club's forty years of experience. The founder and teacher is only Patrick Benezi, 7 ^th dan, a pledge of excellence in the transmission of knowledge. In one of the most charming districts of the capital, this small club should make many friends. Thanks to its already open atmosphere, from leisure to competition, it welcomes 70 members, 5 nights per week, in a particularly convivial climate. Two teachers, one for children and one for adults, plan all this little world. In the program, collective course with basic work of table tennis: regularity, controls, service, effects, etc. Every training, instructors are present and the most advanced are not eager for advice for beginners. 15 tables are available for licensees. In short, everything is gathered here for a packed practice of table tennis.

The courses are given by a Japanese professional mangaka, and they lead to the creation by each student of his own manga. There are several formulas: the summer courses, i. e. a week of intensive training for beginners (250 € + 35 € of membership fees), basic courses to learn on a regular basis to carry out his manga (one session per week all the year at 800 € + 35 € of membership fees), and finally regular courses for young people who want to become professional mangaka (training runs from October to June from Monday to Friday at 3 hours per day, for 3 years. Count for the ^first year 5 250 € and registration fees of € 750, for the 2nd year 4 335 € and the same registration fees and finally € 2 040 for the last year plus the registration fees.

Rando's Île-de-France is a non-profit association based in Paris, in the garden of the Gare de Reuilly. It brings together gays, lesbians and their friends to share hiking, nature, sports and cultural activities. Members offer activities in a friendly atmosphere. The association's website offers a program of outdoor activities, cultural events and holidays. The hikes are of varying levels of difficulty and take place in different parts of the Île-de-France region. For example, there is an easy hike of 16 to 23 km in Belleville-Ménilmontant, a very easy hike of less than 16 km at the arboretum, and a medium hike of 24 to 31 km in Laon.

Far from being boring, the time spent here is like no other: on your bike, duly equipped (the machines are top-of-the-range), you will pedal in an electric atmosphere, and encouraged by coaches who prove to be real motivators, benevolent but without concession.

Miss M is an atypical place dedicated to the arts of the table. This 145 m ² loft welcomes you for your professional or private events for a gourmet breakfast, a working meeting or a trendy cocktail. On the side of the kitchen, chefs prepare sweet, savoury dishes, while relaxing in the café or lounge. There are also culinary workshops here: pastries, chocolate shop, molecular cooking… The blogger Miss M has made himself known for his art of bento and has since expanded his performances over his delirious imagination. We love its fresh and relaxed courses, to consume without moderation.
