Me gustó mucho. Pasta italiana tradicional, con oferta de salsas clásicas, poco pretenciosas pero muy sabrosas. Me pedí la pasta amatriciana. Salió bien al dente y la salsa atomatada con guanciale estaba riquísima. Dos observaciones: el guanciale que decoraba por encima estaba demasiado crocante al punto que era duro; y entiendo que la amatriciana es picante y está no picaba. De postre fuimos por un buen tiramisú y helado de pistacho con biscotti. Me gustó mucho igual y volveré por otros sabores!!

Excellent moment en famille a une table conviviale. Nous étions avec nos enfants installés sur le grande table comme a la maison.
Nous avons partagé des polpette en entrée et choisis des pâtes cacio e pepe, pâtes du jours du semainier (saucisse / orange : étonnant et tres bon) et ragú.
Tout le monde s'est régalé! Une mention. Spéciales pour les polpettes et sa sauce incroyable!!
Tout cela arrosé d'un spritz, d'une limonade naturelle de chez uma pour les enfants et d'un verre de prosseco.
Le service était tres accueillant, a l’ecoute et hyper sympa ! La machine a pâtes venant d’Italie trône dans la salle a manger : nous avons eu le droit a une explication des secrets de fabrication .
Un excellent moment : merci a toute l’équipe!

Despite the outstanding reviews we were underwhelmed with our experience. As a party of 3 we ordered 3 different dishes (cacio e pepe, amatriciana and ragu). None of us could finish our plates. Ragu was too heavy, cacio e pepe was way too much peppery that made it too spicy, amatriciana was average. All pastas were also too hard. Service people though were amazing, speaking several languages as well. Atmosphere was charming but there is no A/C or ventilation which makes the place extremely hot on a summer day…

Sugo is one of the prettiest places I've been to - even the decor in the bathroom is so beautiful, and thoughtfully done.

Went for dinner, and got:

1. Tripoline puttanesca - 7/10, the in-house pasta was really well made, but there was some citrus zest, and aged cheese in the pasta sauce that really threw me off, because it brought it in a notable bitter aftertaste. I didn't mind the additon of olives though
2. Spaghetti amatriciana - 7.5/10, I enjoyed the chubby, chewy noodles, but I wish the guanciale were in smaller pieces. There we cut in olive sized chunks which were harder to chew through. The sauce was nice, although a tad acidic for me.

We also had 2 glasses of rose, which was nice and crisp. The staff are warm and friendly, the service was quick. Total bill was 47.5 EU.

Beau resto. Belle ambiance. J’ai pris les pâtes Ragu, elles étaient pâteuses, je n’ai pas aimé. Mon conjoint a aimé ses pâtes.

Belle ambiance, service souriant et attentionné, pâtes délicieuses et portions ULTRA généreuses , de belles découvertes sur la carte des vins.

Excellentes pâtes et bonne cuisson, avec portions généreuses. Les cocktails mériteraient d’être un peu plus grands.
Le dessert était excellent aussi.
Le service est efficace et très sympathique.

perfect food and amazing service. i didn‘t eat meat for 10 years and tried their ragu, it was great! don‘t order cacio e pepe if you are sensitive to spicy food (should be self explanatory though)

Très bonne expérience dans ce restaurant de pâte fraîche.
Produit venant tout droit d’Italie. Les assiettes sont bien rempli et les produits sont frais.
Les prix ne sont pas trop élevé. Le service est top.
